8 oz of stout beer






8 oz of Blue Moon beer








Start by pouring the pale ale into a pint glass. Next you will pour the stout beer over a spoon into the glass. Pouring it over a spoon will ensure separation. Give it a moment to settle before serving.




Black & Blue Cocktail:






8 oz of stout beer






8 oz of pale ale beer








Start by pouring the Blue Moon into a pint glass. Next you will pour the stout beer over a spoon into the glass. Again, pouring it over a spoon will ensure separation. Give this a moment to settle and serve.




Black & Brown Cocktail:






8 oz of stout beer






8 oz of root beer.








Pour the root beer into a pint glass. Now top it off with 8 oz of stout beer. You don't need to pour them in a specific order because separation doesn't matter with this drink.

The menu to brunch is pretty straight forward, you have some breakfast items mixed with some fruits and of course you have some easy to make lunch items as well. As far as the easy cocktail recipes for brunch well we have that matter all covered for you.




Light drinks with fruity flavors are perfect for a light brunch with a few friends. One of the keys to drink pairings for this mid-morning meal is to choose a cocktail that compliments the style of food being served. For example, a Screwdriver or Melon Patch are wonderful matches for a fresh fruit brunch while a Bloody Mary works well with heartier foods.
